Sidemount Diver
Sidemount diving means that you have the cylinders on the side of your body instead of the traditional way of having them on your back. This naturally reduces the strain on your back compared to a twinset. Another obvious advantage is that the equipment can be extremely streamlined for, for example, cave or wreck diving.
During the course you will learn how to handle the equipment and learn different ways on how to configure the equipment.
The PADI Sidemount course is also a prerequisite for technical courses with sidemount as a configuration.
